The first episode of the new podcast focused on the circular economy as a form of economic activity that aims to conserve natural resources. In an ideal circular economy, raw materials that have already been put into circulation are recycled again and again without generating waste, so that the need for new raw materials decreases while economic growth continues to be made possible. In this way, economy and society move within the natural capacities of the Earth system. Our MIX-UP delegate Prof. Lars Blank gave insight into our project and answered questions in the podcast.
