Three ways to solve the plastic pollution crisis

The plastic pollution crisis has come to the forefront of international policy discussions in recent years as evidence mounts that plastic waste is increasing and the accumulation of plastic in our natural environment is getting worse. In response, there is now an increased effort to identify what international frameworks and initiatives could help to mitigate this crisis. Diana Kwon, a Nature journalist, interviewed Prof. Uwe Bornscheuer and Prof. Min Jiang, two members of our MIX-UP consortium, and informs about the latest research results in her new article "Three ways to solve the plastics pollution crisis".
